If you have a Back flow prevention device, you have to have it tested annually. Our Epcor certified Testers (also Red Seal Journeymen Plumbers) can help you and make it a little less economically painful. Why would you pay between $100 -200 (or more) per device tested when we only charge $75 to test a device? If there is an issue with the device, we will discuss your options with you before we begin work to repair or replace the device.
We will take care of everything back flow related from notifying Epcor we are performing the test through testing and tagging the device to show annual certification. Our system will set up an automatic notification 11 months later to inform you the test date has been arraigned. Should your device fail, our fully certified, insured and bonded tester will pull the correct permits to ensure the costs do not keep raising. If you require a device installed where there was not one before our Journeymen Plumbers can take care of that as well.

Clogged drains can be the result of debris caught in your plumbing or you could be at the mercy of any number of items stuck in your pipes. Look under your sink to see if you have a P Trap valve. Place a bucket underneath your sink and unscrew the pipe. See if this was the location of the clog. Other ways that you can unclog a drain include using liquid drain cleaner, a plumbing snake, or a sink auger.
In order to maximize the life span of your water heater, you should always follow proper maintenance scheduling and fix any problems immediately. Drain your water heater at least once a year for best results. A water heater could last you anywhere between 5-13 years depending on usage and maintenance.
Leaky faucets are one of the most common plumbing problems. Similar to troubleshooting methods in number 2, you will want to check your aerator. This is the little thing at the end of your faucet that looks like a mesh wire filter. The aerator helps conserve water and provides improved water pressure. Other reasons your faucet could be dripping could be worn out rubber seals, washers, or O-rings.
We strive to be in constant communication with our customers until the job is done. For emergency service, to get a free quote, or if you have questions or special requests, just drop us a line. We look forward to serving you!
